Regional Christian School, established in 1999, utilizes the Bible as the foundation of learning.  Building upon the Chief Cornerstone, Christ, we then incorporate the finest curriculum available to provide a strong academic program.  RCS offers a premium education to students K4-Grade 12,  and offers other growth opportunities in such areas as the arts, athletics, and civic involvement. We believe that to teach a child, you first reach him or her on a spiritual level...and then seek to educate the whole child--body, soul, and spirit.

Vision Statement

RCS strives to provide a Christ-centered educational program which is seated on spiritual growth and academic excellence, and which models a Christian lifestyle in all respects.  We believe that every child is born with a life purpose instilled by God, the Creator; therefore, we endeavor to help children discover and nurture their unique gifts and abilities in a way that glorifies God and benefits their fellow human beings.  We want to teach children to become leaders, role models, and world-changers, because that's what each of them has the great potential to become!

 

Preparation for College, for Adulthood, for Life, and for Christian Service. Regional Christian  strives to offer the best academic preparation possible to our students. We will make every effort to offer a program that will prepare students to make the next transition in his or her academic career.

Sound Biblical Foundation. We incorporate faith in the Lord Jesus Christ into every aspect of our academic program.  We include a discipleship program which not only teaches fundamental Bible tenets, but teaches the child how to apply those teachings of faith in all areas of his or her life.  We believe that a child raised to honor God and respect others will excel, and will grow in grace and with God and man.

Parent-Teacher Partnership. We recognize that parents have the primary responsibility for the education of their children, and we endeavor to partner with parents in the nurture and care of your children, our students.  We urge parent inquiry and participation, and welcome parents to communicate regularly to greater enhance the student's learning experience.

Christ-like Role Models. At RCS, we believe that the teacher is the living curriculum in the classroom, and therefore must first model a Christian life consistently before the precious children whose lives we are molding and shaping. Regional Christian strives to have teachers who have trusted in Christ as Lord and Savior, and who display God's love in and out of the classroom.

Financial Prudence and Accountability.  Regional Christian School maintains a financial and business approach that balances budget and incorporates conservative principles.  Our goal is to utilize our available funds to provide our students with the best possible education, while keeping tuition costs affordable.
